Smokey Jackfruit burger with baked potatoes
INGREDIENTS (Serves 2 persons)
- 2 Rootzz of Nature Smokey Jackfruit burgers
- 200 grams mixed lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 10 slices of gherkins
- ½ red onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of (vegan) mayonnaise
PREPARATION (10 min.)
Mix together the dressing ingredients. Divide the mixed lettuce over two plates. Cut the tomato into wedges and add it to the lettuce, together with the pickles
Fry the jackfruit burgers for about 3-4 minutes in a frying pan over medium heat. Yummy, enjoy!
Serving tip: delicious with baked potatoes!
