Smokey Jackfruit burger with baked potatoes

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2 persons)

  • 2 Rootzz of Nature Smokey Jackfruit burgers
  • 200 grams mixed lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 slices of gherkins
  • ½ red onion

Dressing:

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of (vegan) mayonnaise

PREPARATION (10 min.)

StEp 1

Mix together the dressing ingredients. Divide the mixed lettuce over two plates. Cut the tomato into wedges and add it to the lettuce, together with the pickles

StEp 2

Fry the jackfruit burgers for about 3-4 minutes in a frying pan over medium heat. Yummy, enjoy!

Serving tip: delicious with baked potatoes!
