Juicy Jackfruit Rendang
INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)
- 325gr Rootzz of Nature Jackfruit in Rendang sauce
- 140gr of basmati rice
- 300gr green beans
- 50ml water or 100ml coconut milk
- Fried onions
PREPARATION (20 min)
Cook or steam the basmati rice. Let it drain in a sieve.
Then cook or steam the green beans.
Heat the Jackfruit rending in sauce on low heat and add 50ml of water or 100ml coconut milk.
Serve the Rendang with the rice and green beans. Top with lime, coriander and fried onions. Yummy, make it an Indonesian party!
