Juicy Jackfruit Rendang

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)

  • 325gr Rootzz of Nature Jackfruit in Rendang sauce
  • 140gr of basmati rice
  • 300gr green beans
  • 50ml water or 100ml coconut milk
  • Lime
  • Coriander
  • Fried onions

PREPARATION (20 min)

StEp 1

Cook or steam the basmati rice. Let it drain in a sieve.

StEp 2

Then cook or steam the green beans.

StEp 3

Heat the Jackfruit rending in sauce on low heat and add 50ml of water or 100ml coconut milk.

StEp 4

Serve the Rendang with the rice and green beans. Top with lime, coriander and fried onions. Yummy, make it an Indonesian party!
