Jackfruit BBQ Wraps


  • 1 pouch of Rootzz of Nature Jackfruit BBQ (325g)
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 100ml sour cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 stems of spring onion
  • Bush of parsley
  • Red cabbage
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 limes
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 4 to 6 wraps


StEp 1

Place the pouch of Jackfruit BBQ in a pan and heat for 15 minutes au bain marie.

StEp 2

In the meantime, finely chop the spring onion and parsley together.

StEp 3

Then mix this with the sour cream, add the garlic and season with salt and some lime juice.

StEp 4

Finely chop the red cabbage. Add the rest of the lime juice to the red cabbage and season with some salt.

StEp 5

Cut the sweet potato in fries and sprinkle the potato with some olive oil. Bake these until golden brown in the air fryer or oven on 200 degrees Celsius in 15 to 20 minutes.

StEp 6

Heat up the wraps according to the packaging and top the wraps as desired with some lettuce, red cabbage and the sauce.
