Juicy jackfruit Rendang
INGREDIENTS (Serves 2 persons)
- 140 grams basmati rice
- 300 grams green beans
- 320 grams Rootzz of Nature Jackfruit in Rendang sauce
- fried onions
PREPARATION (20 min.)
Boil or steam the basmati rice. Drain in a sieve.
Boil or steam the green beans.
Heat the Jackfruit in Rendang sauce over low heat.
Serve the Jackfruit Rendang with the rice and green beans. Top with lime, cilantro and fried onions.
